KataHouse.com is a self-catering holiday apartment building with only 2 apartments. Our aim is to provide accommodation with the very best quality/space/price ratio found anywhere in Phuket, and we honestly believe we have succeeded in just that. The apartments are spacious (60+ sqm!), in a beautiful location, and are comfortably decorated. Only a few minutes walk from 2 of the best beaches, Kata Noi Beach (400 meters) and Karon Beach (900 meters), in Phuket. The accomodation is self-catering as most visitors to Phuket choose to eat in one of the many restaurants in Kata, instead of the box-standard and sometimes over-priced restaurants offered by most hotels.
The accommodation can be rented as a whole, giving you a living and dining area, and 3 bedrooms, or alternatively, as 2 seperate units, each with a living and dining area and one or bedrooms, depending on the apartment. The choice is yours, are you with a family, or individually or a small group... The apartments are both about 4.5 x 14 meters. Both have airconditionings, TV, bathrooms with warm water, and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, and watercooker.
